Addison & Maxwell is a real estate brokerage based in Denver, Colorado. When they approached Evolve Global Marketing, they needed to redo their brand identity both with messaging their story and designing a new logo and marketing assets. We happily took them through the incredible 7-part StoryBrand framework to create engaging story-based messaging. Once completed, we used that messaging to write and design their brand identity guide, wireframes and copy for their website, a lead generator, and other marketing assets. Additionally, they wanted to update their previous outdated logo. We took out the Times New Roman font being a and replaced it with a modern font and new color palette. We love a challenge and worked hard to design a new logo that was thematically consistent with their previous one but much more approachable and modern looking. The final step was to develop a brand new website adding the IDX real estate plugin for property search to the site.

THE CHALLENGE
The client needed new brand messaging that tells a clear story using the StoryBrand framework, an updated logo and overall new identity with marketing assets like their sellers guide, new business cards, and yard signs. Then all that great work needed to be developed into a new WordPress website connecting the IDX real estate plugin to their site and then building a sales opt-in to drive leads for their business.
