Coaching Company Providing Group Coaching at All Levels During the Great Resignation

While most executives receive business coaching, what happens to entry and mid-level employees? Unfortunately, below the executive level, most employees do not receive consistent business coaching, which can lead to employee dissatisfaction and high turnover, as can be seen right now during The Great Resignation. Francie from Terawatt realized a huge need for companies to provide great coaching to employees at all levels, not just at the top, so she started Terawatt. While her business model was strong, she did not know how to put together a sales funnel or brand messaging that captures sales. She even had a wonderful branding manager working with her, but her brand messaging was not there yet. We were more than happy to dive in and start with the 7-part StoryBrand framework to create a brand messaging that told a story and then use that brand messaging to create a complete, automated sales funnel using WordPress, Keap/Infusionsoft, and LeadPages, complete with a lead generator, landing pages, and email nurture campaign.

Create an automated sales funnel and brand messaging for a coaching company that illustrates the importance of coaching for all employees and helps capture leads and drive sales. To do this, we started with brand strategy and worked on each aspect all the way through to website and email design and development.

And, all of this came at the perfect time, in the midst of The Great Resignation, when companies need to figure out how to retain their incredible employees.
